1. Client IP & Deliverable Ownership

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate Statement of Work (SOW), all custom source code, databases, design assets, and architectural documents developed by Solutions by Pratham Agrawal for client engagements are transferred exclusively to the client upon full milestone settlement.

Perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide commercial rights.
No vendor lock-in or proprietary runtime licensing fees.
Full access to Git repositories and deployment pipelines.

2. Proprietary Website Assets & Trademarks

The Solutions by Pratham Agrawal trademark, brand identity, website graphics, illustrations, and authored case studies are proprietary property protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or redistribution without express written consent is prohibited.
